  • Sharing your subscription credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.



4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment

  • Subscription fees are outlined on our website and must be paid in advance using the payment methods specified (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
  • You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.

4.2 Cooling-Off Period and Refunds

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel your subscription and request a full refund, provided you have not used the service during this period.   • If you use the service during the cooling-off period (e.g., by streaming content), you waive your right to a refund under these regulations.
  • Beyond the 14-day period, IPTVibe offers a discretionary 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days after the cooling-off period, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued for issues related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or content availability beyond our control.
  • After the 7-day discretionary period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by discontinuing use of the service. No additional payment is required to cancel, and your access will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • To comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will ensure that cancellation instructions are clear and accessible on our website.



5. Account Termination

  • IPTVibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or misused our services.
  • Examples of violations include, but are not limited to: using multiple connections beyond your plan’s limit, sharing your subscription, or attempting to bypass technical restrictions.



6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and software on https://iptvibe.net are the property of IPTVibe or our content providers and are protected by UK copyright laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from our service without prior written permission from IPTVibe.



7. Limitation of Liability
